Dana is a Realtor Associate with Urban Realty Group who brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry to her clients. Having worked with respected institutions including Long Beach Mortgage and Washington Mutual, Dana offers a strong understanding of financing and underwriting that helps guide buyers and sellers through the homebuying process with confidence.

Before transitioning fully into her role as an agent, Dana worked as a real estate assistant with brokerages including 8z Real Estate and Via Terra, where she gained experience in contract management and client support, allowing her to navigate transactions with attention to detail and a practical understanding of every step involved in the home buying process.

A Colorado native, Dana knows the character and appeal of Denver’s neighborhoods and the lifestyle that draws so many people to the Front Range. Having raised her family in schools across the region, she has developed a deep connection to the community and takes pride in helping individuals and families find a place they can truly call home.

Outside of real estate, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and family, exploring the outdoors, scuba diving, and traveling.
